Can I attach some word docs of previous purchase requests that i have submitted to the TAFE Libraries? It would be great to also include pics of accepted books on the shelves

^BEFORE: Screenshot of a purchase request word document (March 2025 suggested book purchase for TAFE.docx) which I made that depicts the bibliographic record of WYALFIITL in the TAFECat prior to submitting the purchase request. Notice how it is only stocked at Lithgow, Orange, and Wollongong, which are all far outside of Sydney. This document was submitted in March 2025 and was probably approved April-May iirc.
^AFTER: My purchase request for more copies of WYALFIITL was approved, which were then acquired by the TAFE Libraries and stocked at Mt Druitt, Kingswood (my home campus and where library services is delivered), Ultimo (another campus where Library Services is also taught), and Gosford.
It’s worth noting that the Mt Druitt and K’wood used DDC for the call numbers, whereas other campuses simply treated the title as any other adult fiction. Perhaps this is because the acquired copies of WYALFIITL became graded readers?
